Located on Via Veneto, the Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Rome reimagines one of the city’s most iconic addresses. The new design, conceived by the Rockwell Group, blends Roman sophistication with Nobu’s unmistakable aesthetic—creating serene, contemporary spaces where Japanese minimalism meets Italian elegance.

The Nobu Restaurant Rome features Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s world-famous menu, including signature dishes such as Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño, and Rock Shrimp Tempura, alongside seasonal creations that celebrate Italian ingredients. For a more intimate dining experience, the Sushi Counter offers guests a front-row seat to watch Nobu’s sushi chefs at work, while the bar serves a curated selection of fine wines, premium saké, and Nobu’s signature cocktails.
