Nobu, De Niro and Meir have brought their brand to the capital, in a special collaboration with Carlo Acampora. Opening expected in summer 2022.

NEW YORK, 29th November 2021 – Nobu Hospitality – the hotel group founded by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper – announced the opening of their first hotel in Italy: Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Rome. Due to open in Summer 2022.

The new hotel with the first Nobu restaurant in Rome stems from a partnership between Carlo Acampora, Chairman and CEO of the Grand Hotel Via Veneto. The project foresees the transformation of this property in Via Veneto into a Nobu Hotel.

Strategically located in the centre, a few steps from Villa Borghese Park, the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps, Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Roma will give a new life to Via Veneto. This location will be housed in two majestic buildings dating back to the nineteenth century, joined together to create a masterpiece of modern architecture that at the same time pays homage to its illustrious past. Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Rome will have 122 rooms and suites – including a 500m² Nobu Suite – a sophisticated and spectacular green rooftop, large spaces for private and corporate events, a state-of-the-art City spa and fitness center and, of course, a Nobu restaurant (also open for room service 24 hours a day). The hotel will also host an exclusive Club lounge to listen to sophisticated international music. The Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Rome will focus on guest experience but also on ecology and sustainability.
