Le Graal is born: a new Italian high-end hospitality collection. Beginning in 2026, the project will debut with three destinations—a five-star luxury hotel in Cortina, a Private Members Club in Rome, and a Relais & Spa on Lake Garda. The ambition is to create a portfolio of interconnected properties, each defined by a strong identity and a distinctive, personal style. Architecture, design and cuisine are central to the vision, as is a commitment to sustainability, with the aim of achieving LEED Gold certification.

Scheduled to open in summer 2026, Le Graal Cortina will be housed in a 1920s palazzo, just steps from the town centre and the ski lifts. The hotel will feature 30 rooms, including 13 suites, all with mountain views. Facilities will include a restaurant, a bistro with an American bar, and a spa, all open to external guests. Culinary direction is entrusted to chef Giovanni Guarneri, owner of the restaurant Don Camillo in Syracuse. The wellness offering will revolve around longevity, stress management and energetic balance.

Restoration works are currently underway at Palazzo Medici Clarelli, which will open at the end of 2026 as the city’s first Private Members Club with rooms. The property will offer eleven rooms and suites, two restaurants (fine dining and ethnic), a cloister lounge, American bar, speakeasy, cigar room, wine cellar, gym and treatment rooms. On Lake Garda on the other hand, Le Graal will transform a Palladian villa into a year-round destination dedicated to wellbeing and haute cuisine, designed for extended stays.
The group’s operations are led by Claudio Ceccherelli, a manager with extensive experience in international luxury hospitality. Design is overseen by Achille Salvagni, in his first project as an architect in the high-end hotel sector.
