After eight years in the heart of Lecce, Bros’, the innovative restaurant by Floriano Pellegrino and Isabella Potì, is embarking on an exciting new journey in Martina Franca. Partnering with the Solito family, the duo is creating a visionary dining experience at Villa San Martino, creating a complete gastronomic ecosystem, where cuisine, hospitality and research merge into a single immersive experience. The new Bros’ Gastronomic Restaurant opens on May 15th, while Bros’ Trattoria will relocate to a traditional trullo, reopening on March 7th.
