Who doesn’t know Domenico Dolce? The celebrated Italian fashion designer has a brother, Alfonso, co-founder and CEO of Dolce & Gabbana. While never exactly a behind-the-scenes figure, he has largely been known within industry circles. Now, however, he officially steps into the spotlight with the launch of his first luxury hospitality project: La Tiara di Cervo—a new residential complex in Costa Smeralda, perched atop a green hill with sweeping views over the Marina di Porto Cervo.

The first 15 residences—airy spaces with clean-lined design and expansive terraces—are already available and entrusted to the management of hotelier Aldo Melpignano, owner of Borgo Egnazia and creator of a project dedicated to the stewardship and revitalization of Italy’s hotel heritage. The architectural design of La Tiara di Cervo, by Torno Team studio, seeks to create seamless harmony between indoors and outdoors, embracing the natural beauty of Gallura: from its fragrant Mediterranean scrub to its stunning pink granite, sculpted over millennia by wind and water. Hidden amid the scented vegetation are two panoramic infinity pools, backed by mountains and opening toward the emerald sea.

The complex also includes Lu Pisantinu, a historic Porto Cervo restaurant renowned for its traditional cuisine and illustrious guests, among them Karim Aga Khan, founder of Costa Smeralda.

By 2026, La Tiara di Cervo will be fully completed with the opening of all residences.
